Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 9, 2026
Last Updated: May 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SPS TECH INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We publish this policy to meet common disclosure expectations for distribution channels such as Google Play.
Who we are
The data controller for the Services is SPS TECH INC, located at 30 N. Gould St. Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For privacy inquiries, contact contact@spsads.com.
What information we collect
We do not collect personal data for our own marketing, advertising, or profiling databases through the Services. This includes not routinely collecting your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details in the app solely to use basic features described as operating without sign-in.
If you voluntarily email us (for example, support requests), we receive the information you include in that message (typically your email address and message content) solely to respond to you.
Automatically processed information
Like most software, the Services may rely on your device operating system and network to function. Your device or carrier may process technical signals (for example, IP address, language/locale, device model, OS version, crash diagnostics) according to their own policies. We do not use such signals to build an advertising profile on our servers when we do not collect personal data as described above.
Data security
We design our Services with security in mind and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Services at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
The Services may depend on or interoperate with third parties, including:
- Google Play (or other app stores), which processes installs, updates, and payments according to the store’s terms and privacy policy.
- Device and platform providers (for example, Google on Android), which may provide push notifications, security updates, or system components under their policies.
- Hosting or infrastructure providers if we operate a website or API; they may process limited technical logs needed to deliver content.
These providers act under their own agreements and policies. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy & Security documentation and your device settings.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required by law.
International users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information. Because we do not operate a general personal-data collection program as described in this policy, there may be little or no account data to access. You may still contact us with requests and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or other reasonable means where appropriate.
Note: This is a general template for a simple product posture (minimal or no personal data collection). Adapt it to match your actual app behavior, SDKs, analytics, ads, and data flows before publishing on Google Play or other stores. SPS TECH INC is responsible for ensuring disclosures remain accurate.
